Tracmow Remote Control Slope Mower Obliterates Brush

I was a little apprehensive taking a gas-powered item into our inventory, considering everything we have worked with so far is powered by batteries. However, once I realized the benefits of the Tracmow remote control slope mower, I realized it is a product that is very important to have in our offerings.

What is Tracmow Remote Control Slope Mower?

Tracmow remote control slope mower is also a robot mower with a handheld RC remote control for slopes up to 45 degrees. With proper use, 55 degrees can be achieved.

This marketing video illustrates how Tracmow efficiently clears long grass in rough terrain and also on very steep slopes.

Municipalities find themselves needing Tracmow because it is downright dangerous to mow any slope steeper than 20 degrees on riding equipment. I have heard from landscape companies that many employees simply refuse to do the work out of concern for their own safety. Rollovers and injuries are common, occasionally there are even deaths!

Tracmow Remote Control Slope Mower Advantages

Tracmow remote control slope mower moves in a back and forth manner by an operator who stands (or sits!) within view of the robot. The range of the remote control is up to 650 ft. Considering that typical ride-on equipment has to be turned around at each end, which adds considerably to the time to complete a slope mowing task, Tracmow is far more efficient. A rule of thumb is an operator using Tracmow will complete up to one acre per hour at top speed. Check out this highway mowing video:

Tracmow also shines in applications that are risky, unsafe or downright dangerous for humans. No one wants to sit on equipment that has to drive through thorny or dense brush. With Tracmow, the operator stands behind the machine, driving it with the remote control. Tracmow, at 838 lbs, easily pushes over brush such as buckthorn, honeysuckle, vibernum, even up to 1.5" in diameter. These two videos show Tracmow literally obliterating brush and also mulching brush piles that were previously cut by hand:

Bear in mind, the above videos highlight the Tracmow 80Pro rotary's performance on brush, which is quite impressive. Tracmow is also available in flail. The flail version has multiple vertical blades that cut at the front of the machine as it drives forward. Tracmow Flail can take down the nastiest brush. Its performance is similar to the rotary version except it can be expected to chop the brush more effectively than the rotary mulching blades. The general rule of thumb is, "if it bends, Tracmow will take it down". Here is a video showing the flail version:

Frankly, Tracmow helps solve the labor shortage by being a piece of equipment laborers prefer to work with, rather than putting themselves in harms way. Operators can sit in the air conditioned truck at the slope's end while driving the machine. Tracmow entices new employees of a younger demographic to work outdoors, when they would otherwise refuse.

The safety aspect of Tracmow cannot be overlooked. Why risk a workmans comp claim? Tracmow pays for itself by avoiding these claims in the first place.

Tracmow has also been made more versatile with certain versions supporting multiple accessories, including:

  • Snow blade attachment
  • Rear power lift system
  • Two types of trimmers for close cutting along walls
  • Sprayer systems - let's kill some mosquitoes!
